„Violation of Human Rights of Children in Germany“
Demonstration on the HUMAN RIGHTS DAY
Where? Strasbourg in front of the European Court of Human
Rights
When? Tuesday, Dec, 10th 2002 between 12:00-16:00 h
Why? Children have the right to the loving contact to their
father and mother, their grandparents and close family
members. In case of separations, this right is not
guaranteed by the state in Germany. Greatest misery is
inflicted upon German as
well as German-non-German
children and parents. Such injustice has to come to an
end.
Stop Violation of Human Rights done by Germany!
Participants:
Fathers, mothers, grandparents, children,
family members, non-German parents, whose children
were abducted to Germany. Numerous pressure groups
support this
demonstration1.
Strasbourg :Through its legal understanding and decisions,
the court building is a visible symbol for the protection
of Human Rights of children, parents, grandparents
and close family members.
An original piece of the 'Berlin Wall' is located
in the inner courtyard. This wall is a symbol for the
violation of Human Rights, caused by the painful separation
of human beings and families. We therefore demonstrate
there on the Human Rights Day.
